At Cheap Cigarettes Australia, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards; however, due to the nature of tobacco products, returns are strictly limited to damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging remains intact to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of any damage or errors.
- 2.Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your claim to verify the issue and will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request is approved.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the unopened items securely in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your replacement shipment or issue a store credit to your account within 5 business days.
